Not sure it produces offsets as such, but it's pretty rambling and you should be able to snip a section off a healthy one. My Microcoelia exilis has more or less lost the battle against scale (which it sadly came infected with).

It started out like this:

but is dwindling to a few very unhappy looking roots now.
