Your plants look fine Sebastian. Just make sure that you have checked the roots if they are recent purchases. Often, especially with Phals, but others too they come packed in too much moss and the roots at the centre can never dry out causing root rot very quickly. I always re-pot Phals as soon as I get them, even if they are in spike or bloom. It doesn't seem to bother them. They need to be able to dry out at the root ball and have a few air pockets in the root system.
The oncidiums have finer roots depending on what kind you have and can rot easily too. they usually like a little more even moisture and don't need to completely dry out, but check what's happening in the pot if its a recent purchase.
