They don't worry about it. They are pretty much overhead watered and if they fail, they are replaced.

I went over at lunch. The plant is indeed Paph. 'Milmoore'.

Thank God for smart phones. I was able to pull up the photo and find the plant in question in relation to the ones surrounding it.

I was going to post a picture of the individual flower but it is browning out and most of the colour is gone. The only part not turning brown was the dorsal sepal.
