Bud: Do you think that i should bring the Den. Anosmum inside and keep it dry? This will be the first time ive ever let a plant go dormant in the winter so it feels wrong to stop watering lol. The anosmum is very small, like tiny small so i hope it'll survive. If not i can keep watering it through the winter this year until its bigger.

I do that to my anosmum which is a large bunch long specimen...but as I told you: you live in SoCal and it is conducive to outdoors orchid growing (not unless you have those strong winds again)...indoors is good too but you need not do the winter rest if its a seedling...maybe it will need ICU care for now until they establish themselves and bloom.
The one in the picture can also come indoors but its the bright shaded light they need...I discovered that your weather is 70's in the day and 50's at night...as long as theres no frost youre better off having the plants outdoors
alto we have a member from Long Beach, CA that got hailed upon and its good her Cyms didnt all die

Ya the winds really messed up some of my plants. My large epidendrums got knocked over and a whole bunch of large canes with 5 keiki's each overflowing with roots and new flower spikes broke off and some of my Bulbo's lost leaves and a few buds fell off, cattleyas fell over. It was a whole mess. Hail made little spots all over my succulents and epidendrums last year. . But other than that in Mission viejo its been 70's in day time and 38-40's at night so not too bad. I'll just leave everything as is right now and keep up my regimen. (maybe bring in the Den discolor for now). Thanks for all the help. As i gain experience i'll get more comfortable with not asking so many questions hahaha.

Ben
