Default dendrobium keikis

Helpless beginner here... My dendrobiums are resting for the winter, but I notice that three of them have keikis on them, one each. The roots on these little ones are about 2 inches long. When do I take these off and repot them? Now or in the late winter when I do my other re-potting? Thank you for your help in advance...

With 2" long roots, now is OK if you really want to remove them. Just protect them from the elements.

You said your orchids are in winter rest. I wouldn't mess with resting plants. Leave them as they are and repot or remove the babies once the spring comes and things start to grow.
You will have much better results in regards to their survival.

Den lover, here.
