Off-balance Palaenopsis

I've had this Phalaenopsis for 7 or 8 years and it flowers 2 or 3 times a year, but as you can see, assuming I've got the picture stuff right, it's badly off balance.

I think it's due to be repotted, but don't really know what to do to get it back into the centre of the pot. Should I just put it in a much bigger pot, or what?
