Pseudobulb with no leaf

Fair enough. Thanks. I suspected that it's still practically behaving like a leaf. It's quite big and green, so really all it lost was the flat photosynthetic part, but since it's so close to the light, it's managing, without it !

Leave it alone. Old pseudobulbs serve as nutrient and water storage vessels connected to the rest of the "colony" via the rhizome. Besides, if it's still green, it can still photosynthsize and create nutrition!
