Question (Novice) Are those roots on my phals?

Newbie here, so.. it looks like I have 2 spikes on this phal, right? Are those roots that are shooting up or spikes as well?

Based on what looks the white vellum (sp?), those other two are roots

2 roots & 2 spikes and looking really good! This phal loves you! Do keep us posted. Out of curiosity have you already seen it's flowers? & are they a dark colour?

Thanks guys! Good to know this one's healthy! All of the others that I've moved to my new plastic greenhouse aren't doing so well... This one's been sitting on my kitchen window.

Unfortunately, I don't remember what color the flowers are! Lol! I didn't get one of those tags.
I think I got this from Trader Joe's early in the year. Had 2 spikes then too.

I'll take a picture again once the spikes bloom!

Default Waaahhhh! :_( I decapitated my phaleonopsis!

I was watering it earlier in my sink and I accidentally broke one of the spikes!!! Arrghhh!

I was hoping to show off the blooms this Christmas.. but most of my phals are just now in spike.. no blooms yet!
Didn't help that I broke this precious one.. ugh!

Oh, so sorry about the spike I know how you feel. But you have another very good looking spike still going. And who knows, maybe the dilapidated one can continue to grow in the green balls, but don't get your heart set on it. However, the remains of that spike on your plant could well start a new branch.
