Nenella, these kits are portable so you could take them apart and bring it along when you move. BTW do you bring your orchids with you or do you start over?

There are lots of ways to wrap it for more insulation in the winter. I am going to have to get back to pushing for one.

Great news

As Jonada said there are several things you can do to insulate it in the winter. I've lined mine with bubble wrap as insulation, my garden centre sells it in large sheets for just that purpose, along with clips to hold it in place.

Whew, I just finished clearing out the area where I plan on putting the greenhouse. I have a big backyard, but there are lots of trees, limiting my options. I settled on the narrow side yard, which gets the most sun. The problem was their was a shed, garbage cans, bushes( thorny ones), and useless junk that didn't fit in the garage already there. It took me all day to clear it, but I found some really useful stuff. I found bricks and lot of them. Also the garbage cans were filled with wood planks not firewood as I'd thought originally. After everything was gone I leveled the dirt, covered it with black mesh, then poured down a layer of sand. I then laid down all the bricks and poured gravel in the cracks. I'm pooped

btw, because I have lots of trees in my backyard, theres lots of moss. would it be a waste to collect some and stuff it in between the bricks, or will it just die during the winter.
