that's because it got too much direct sun. Its fine. No prob just don't give it unfiltered mid-day sun. It seems healthy otherwise.

Looks like sunburn to me. I agree with shahrez that it will be fine. I managed to do that to several phals during the summer of '10 when I didn't have a dense enough shade cloth, and they are doing fine.

It looks like mesophyll collapse to me, likely a result of a warm leaf coming in contact with something cold.
If it changes into a dry, parchment-like area, I'll change my vote to the sunburn.
