Bulbophyllum leaves have yellow tips

I have a number of Bulbophyllums, and I'm wondering why some are continuing to get yellow tips on their leaves? All of my Bulbophyllums have been potted in a well-drained bark/perlite/SuperSphag mix. I've checked to see that their roots are in good condition. My greenhouse is kept at about 70 degrees humidity and the temps range from 65 degress night to 75-80 degrees or more during the day, depending on the weather, which is generally cool here on the Oregon coast. I keep the plants fairly wet, i.e. give them heavy misting or watering daily in summer, every other day as the weather gets cooler. I use well water that has been tested for PH with fertilizer adjusted accordingly. The plants are located on the north side of my small greenhouse to give them as much shade as possible. Any advice would be welcome!
