Default Alaska Fish fertiliser ( powder )

Has anyone any experience with using the above - in a misting bottle for mounts and for seedlings ? Can it be spread over the medium, obv in low doses? It has no odor.

Without knowing the specific brand and formula, nobody can give you a solid answer, but I did a quick Google search that turned up an 11-5-1 powder, and that would be totally unacceptable as a 'top dress".

Such powders are meant to be dissolved in water.
