Looks good to me too! I see lots of healthy roots.

New roots are white, but they turn brown as they age. Paph and phrag roots, unlike Phals, will not turn green after watering, so need to worry about them not changing colors after watering

Thank you Jorch. I learn something new every day.
Would you say my pearcei is of a blooming size? It will probably sulk after potting, but realistically when could the blooms appear?
Thanks.

If the 4 growths are of the same plant, then it's definitely blooming size! Wouldn't be surprised if you give it enough light over winter the spike will appear in spring and bloom in summer! Good luck!

That would be so great! There are 5 growths and they are all connected. Would it take direct sun in the morning? I can put it in the corner of the same window where my Catts grow, so there will be sun early morn and brigh light rest of the day. Would that work?
Thanks again

Sounds fine to me! Do monitor the moisture level to make sure the roots stay nice and moist all the time
