What is this on my cattleya. Its like a discolored bump/bumps on one leaf. Just making sure its nothing serious.
Should i toss this plant or is it ok?

Are the affected areas wet and mushy, or dry? Are the spots spreading? There is a kind of soft rot that causes patches of leaves to turn watery.

Also, was it exposed to very cold temperatures? Could also be mesophyll cell collapse.

I don't think it's rot. The area is not mushy at all. It's actually quite firm and a bit raised. Looks like a solid blister.

oedema
. Unsightly, but AFAIK harmless.

I agree with Nat - it looks like Oedema, which is caused by excessive watering during cool weather. It is harmless but the bumps will never go away.
