I've never used fungicide before. I don't even know how to apply it and which brand

I don't know US brands but there are several out there.

Jim - Here is a link to the Honolulu Orchid Society website. You just missed this month's meeting and their annual Show, but if you contact them I'm sure that one of their members would be more than happy to guide you in the right direction as too what fungicides are available to be used in Hawaii.
