I try to turn all my windowsill orchids on a regular basis, especially the ones that form large clumps (like Oncs) so that all sides get some light.
Just avoid turning anything once they are in bud.

I have one that has recently "twisted" it's leaves. But I think that's more from re-potting, and the leaves finding a new "balance" as they grow. None of my other phals, even though I turn regularly, have the issue (flopper or not)
