If a plant is growing from the tip of the rhyzome, I orient that tip to the light. It makes no sense to let the non-growing end get all the light. If it's growing in a whorl, then I may rotate it a bit.

I have one that has recently "twisted" it's leaves. But I think that's more from re-potting, and the leaves finding a new "balance" as they grow. None of my other phals, even though I turn regularly, have the issue (flopper or not)
