Just think about how you'll perk right up, when they send new plants and let you keep the old ones to try to salvage.

A simple: "I am soooo disapointed with the plants that I received. . .please make good on my purchases." And show em the pictures you posted here.

P.S. I received my plants from same vendor and they were A-OK.

Hello all,

Well, I finally called after writing emails. You guys were right, they ignore emails, but answer the calls! They apologized and will be sending a replacement on Monday.
Thanks for all the advice, I never really know when to put my foot down and will end up getting taken advantage of sometimes. I probably wouldn't order from them again, but I do think they handled the situation in a professional manner.

Yeah!! I am glad to have learned what to do in this experience just in case it ever happens to me. Can't wait to see the replacement!
