Hello and thanks for the replies. I did a check back on the dates and now is the time that it would spike. It is growing a new leaf and some new roots, so I am not thinking that it is in peril. Also it is a novety (Scented) and they can spike at any time, I might be wrong though. Here's a pic of it's last blooms

Also I have another question is it common for a phal that I purchased this past mother's day to already be growing another spike? It is probably the biggest phal that I have 8 leaves and lots of new roots. It's a standard. It took to my conditions very well The second pic is of it

Very nice looking phals you've got there.

Mine are starting to spike as well. The cooler temps are likely the trigger. It's probably fine to let them get the cooler temps for a few weeks, before they start dipping below 50F.
