I purchased this orchid during the summer and the tag says P. Sara Gold X P. Taipei Gold. I looked up Sara Gold and my orchid looks nuthing like it. Am I reading the label wrong is it not Sara Gold or has it been miss labelled? It is fragrant. Thanks for the help.

Also I posted my newest additions Sara Gold is the first. I recently got a twinkle with 5 spikes, schilleriana, macodes petola and a bellina.

Your Sara Gold was crossed with another orchid (Taipei Gold) and thus would not look exactly like Sara Gold.

The registered name of this cross is: Phal. Pingtung Gold

Just to add a little bit more, there is no Phal Sara Gold. There is a Phal Brother Sara Gold X Phal Taipei Gold which is Phal Pingtung Gold
