Myclobutanil is a popular and effective systemic fungicide, it's used widely in agriculture especially in vineyards. I've used it a lot on plants out in the garden and it works quite well (at least against the diseases I used it against - powdery midlew, rust, downy mildew, black spot on roses) but I've never used it on orchids since I've never had fungal problems.(knocking on wood!)

Hi Camille,
Thank you for your response.

How did you apply it, just sprayed all over or just the infected leaves ?

I usually spritz a bit all over (since the plants I treat usually have symptoms a bit every where). But seeing as it's a systemic a thorough spraying is not necessary for it to act properly.
