For three seedlings, placing them in a bowl or small fish tank to contain the humidity is probably sufficient.

With sidewalls higher than the plants, the humidity will be contained a bit (something that doesn't happen with so-called "humidity trays"), but being open-topped, the air exchange will be fine.
