How do I get it out and in? I train it along a PVC pipe to which I can add. Moving my plants in and out is always a pain--I have passion fruit vines and a large twenty-one year old hibiscus but the vanilla isn't fun, either. I moved the six-foot bird of paradise (in a twenty-four inch pot) the last time this spring because I realized I'm getting to the point where my back or knees would fail me. I made a cutting of it last summer and it has rooted in it's smaller pot. This is life in the north for a tropical plant lover without a greenhouse. Sigh.
