Question Once again, about lighting...

At the risk of asking a question that I hadn't seen already posted, I am about to purchase some CFL dimmable bulbs for my Phals. I have track lighting and use the 'can' type track heads. My question is which is better, the warm white or the full spectrum? The warm white is so much more attractive than the cold white from flourescents, but I want what's best for my plants.

I would think that anything closest to the appearance of sunlight would be best. An acquaintance of mine who gets very little sunlight in her tiny Manhattan apartment has found her plants do better with warm light than florescent.
