Default Phal Leaf problem?

I am in need of some advice. I have had this phal for over a month and all seemed fine, but in the last week something bad is happenin to the leaves. They are turning a lime grn with spots. Is this some sort of bacterial infection? I tried cutting some out of 1 leaf, but it looks like it is spreading down the leaf anyway. The only leaves not affected are the 2 uppermost leaves. I will unpot and check the roots and cut the spike off. I have never seen this before, all that I have done is replace the old bark with new since I've had it. Other than that is there anything else I can do to stop whatever this is from spreading to all the leaves? Thanks for the help

Looks like the same thing I'm doing battle with. Here's a link to my thread under Pests & Diseases. http://www.orchidboard.com/community...-outbreak.html

I went the systemic fungicide route and it seems to have stopped it for the time being. I drenched all the pots and did foliar spray as well. Repeated the whole process 7 days later. I'm not sure what kind of fungicides you can get in Canada, but look for something with Thyomil in it.

Don't wait. It went through my Phals like wildfire.

Thankyou terri i'll definetly look tomarrow, hopefully I can find something up here. I did unpot it and the roots had a few I had to clip off, but not much. On the other hand I just cut all 3 of the leaves off at the base of the phal and treated with cinnamon. I'll move it away from all my other orchids. I just hope it's something bactrial and I've stopped it. Thanks for the help
