Looking for an orchid like this.... Please help
Ok. So stubled upon this photo and fell IN LOVE..... orchid fever.
I havent been able to find much on the net, can anybody find me a website or otherwise? I really want it too look EXACTLY like this one...

There normally are for displays like that. I doubt if you could get one phal to flower like that without killing it.

Are you in love with the actual coloring/pattern, or the amount of blooms? I have seen many similar Phals in Home Depot down here. Where is your location?

What i really liked in that orchid flower was the striping of the spots, and the fact that it was a darker truer purple.... that is what screamed to me " you really need me '

Tim,
These large spotted Phals. are quite popular at the orchid shows with the public. Carmela Orchids in Hawaii has them and will ship as a reputable firm. Norman's Orchids also sells them. They have been available at many of the orchid shows from other vendors this year and pop up from time to time at the box stores like Trader Joe's, Cost Co. and Hope Depot. There are many different crosses with the markings you like. Some stem from the Phal. Brother hybridizing. You should not have to pay an "arm and a leg" for one so buy smart!
