I really only have acess to walmart phals, I actually live in the Midwest, and the closest place where there is a home depot or any other bbs is over an hour and 15 minutes away. That is why I was looking the net in case I couldnt find one at walmart. The walmart here doesnt carry much variety. Only whites and basic pinks it seems. maby I'll break lucky sometime. Until then I can dream I guess.....

As for Safeway, hmmmm I haven't seen any around here. But I guess with the temptations away, can't spend any money. Although now I'm REALLY going to keep my eye out if I see a Safeway during my travels.

BTW would you believe my nelly isler has a little bloom that's I saw opening this morning? Aww, she's so sweet. Maybe trying to cheer me up as I have a 'hospital shelf'. I hope the KLN helps me out.
I have bought a nice phal at Rona in the past but not with multiple plants in it. Our largest Safeway has a few catts or oncids occasionally but the other Safeways just have Phals.

So glad to hear your Nelly Isler has a bud.

Oops, I guess we are hijacking this thread Sorry.

Tim,

I am not certain now if you are looking for the spotted type of phal/doritinopsis or the fact that the one you covet has three plants in one pot. Since these are all mericlones, just make your own display pot and buy three, as that is what many commercial growers do for photo display and/or for show exhibition. It definitely will catch the buyer's attention!

I am looking for an orchid with the same type of flowers. The purple spots, that are in stripes, that fade out to white the further they get to the edge of the petal, in a nutshell, exactly like the pic I only want one plant. Just one that makes the exact same type of flowers that one does
