In the final analysis, it's what works to get you flowers. Most fluorescent lamp mfrs. provide spectrum analysis for their lamps. It bothers me a little that the horticultural led mfrs. I've seen so far don't. As far as costs, I think the interesting comparison might be leds vs. greenhouse. (but don't wait for me to do it)
