Mini catts and standard catts in general need the same care and growing conditions. The only diffence is the size.

Unifoliate catts have a single leaf comming from the top of the pseubobulb bifoliate have 2 leaves. Your looks like a bifoliate from the pics.

Yes the new growths should fatten into psbs, produce a sheath and eventually flowers.
