Newbie Question

I should be receiving a Phal mannii Black from NT Orchid in a day or two (I really hope so) and was wondering if someone could please give me some advise on this particular Phal.

Mounted or potted (moss or just bark with leca) ?
Lighting and water requirements ?
Or any particularities with this plant.

I have one of those potted in bark. It seems to like to be a little bit wetter than some of my phals. It's growing new leaves and if it starts to dry too much the top leaf goes floppy. I still make sure it's not sodden but perhaps water just before it goes dry rather then just after.

I have it a little bit back from an east window, not sure how much light it gets. Not as much as some of my phals which are closer to the window. It seems happy there, but it's more chance it got sat there than anywhere else.

I've not really found any particularities for this one apart from the thing about slightly moister than some phals.

Oh and it smells gorgeous when in flower!
