hi

this is my phal , it's with me for abt one yr. It had shed old leafs grew new ones, recently I have re-potted it ( I found a small snail peeping out of the potting media )
while repptting I observed the initial root segments were missing (I suppose the snail has njoyed them for dinner ) but bottom part of the roots r doing well

this has nt bloomed since I have bought it, pls tell me if it is in a good shape. wat do I need to do make it bloom ?
I live in India, we get charcoal nd coco chips mix as potting media, I water it once in 3 days.
