So how do you make the liquid seaweed? I am surrounded by the fresh stuff and I could always use more root growth!

what a great idea. I didn't think to refrigerate it. yah, it was difficult to find, so when I found it at Rona's (canadian place kind of like Home depot) I bought it since someone on this site kept mentioning it with great results (Tucker??)
I haven't seen any dramatic growth, but I also haven't seen any ill effects, so I'll keep using it.

Snake oil? Hmm, maybe that's what my plants need.

VERY easy! Get a container with a top to it - I use a large milk carton.. Fill it with kelp, top up with water, put on the top and wait...about two or three weeks should do it. I use it at a rate of one tablespoon per four pints of water. Add it to your feed.
