Hi epl,
From my short experience as an Orchid Addict, I will have to agree with the Maestro- Ray.
I have a large pot of Bealleara Marfitch 'Howards Dream', it too developed bronzing on the bulbs and a slight pleating on the leaves. I moved it to a more shady spot, it seemed to rectify the problem.
The other issue with 'pleating' leaves could be related to low humidity- I read that some where (probably Ray's website!).
Regards,
Buds!

Looks like it's a combination of not enough water getting to the plant from under watering, and a bad case of sunburn. Some of those smaller leaves look scorched to me, and a few of the larger ones look bleached out. Try moving to a shadier spot, and bumping up the water a little but not too much with sphag.
