Well, you really should move this over to the Greenhouse Gardening forum:

But to answer some of your question - $2K would get you a basic unassembled greenhouse of that size. In additional to the basic greenhouse you are going to need a foundation and assembly, heating, electricity, water, ventilation, swamp cooler, circulating fan ...
