Default My new small phal seedlings, are they OK?

Hello,
I finally received my eight small seedlings of different phal species. Mostly they look fine but some of them have some kind of discoloration on older leaves, while new leaf looks clean and healthy.
I want to make sure that it is not some virus or fungus that might affect my other orchids.
I have attached some of the pictures with those leaves. Please help me identify what is it.
They came with roots wrapped in moist sphag and spent
9 days in transition because of recent Canada Post strike. although they were sent via express post from QC to ON.
Could it be because they were in damp airless environment for so long?
Thank you for your help.

I don't think you have any problems. The older leaves often turn yellow and fall off as newer leaves grow. That looks like it's happening to a couple of your plants. A change in environment can sometimes hasten that process. Everything looks normal to me. Congratulations on your new plants.

I agree, I think that they are simply older leaves, and it is simply part of the aging process of the leaves, maybe slightly intensified due to the delay. Which species did you get? Any Were did you order from, as eight is quite a lot of species.

Thank you, Tucker and Cody. I thought so too, because new leaf is clean and shiny, but just wanted to run it by experts since i don't have any experience with phal seedlings.
I thought "old" leaves can be on "old" plants not babies.
My eight seedlings are:
luddemanniana
parishii
violacea var coerulea
violacea var mentawai
tetrapsis
amboinensis
gibbosa
pantherina
Cody, I bought them from a seller in Quebec:

They are very small but healthy and have nice roots. I paid only $10 for each seedling.

Rather reasonable price you paid there and congratulation on your new collections.

Thank you Mervin. Now I just need to keep them alive .
Still waiting for my order of small clear plastic pots, it will be much more comfortable to see their roots at all times.

They should be ok, just no direct sunlight for a week or two or perhaps three.
No "over-watering" especially on the leaves and crown, just keep the moss moist, no extreme change in temperature and the leaves should "harden".

The older leaves could died off but let them be, its shock due to extreme change in enviroment which I experience all the time with new seedlings that I occasionally shipped in from abroad.
I normally cut off the older, discolored leaves if there are at least three "good" ones remaining.

Phals are tough plants and "knock wood" I have yet kill any due to my lack of experience and knowledge.

Trust me, I have plenty of demaged ones from my steep learning curve however they have all recovered or on their way there.

Good luck and have fun !

Cheers
