Is any part of the stem buried in the potting medium? If it is, I recommend pulling it up a little.
I can't see any roots on there, and the one dangling out in the air doesn't look like it's alive, I could be wrong. Wet it and see if it turns green.
The leaves are a little bedraggled, but are otherwise fine.
I wouldn't be too happy about the packing if the plant had a staple go through one of the leaves.
It might be getting a bit too much light. I recommend growing it a little shadier, not too much shadier though.
It is a vandaeceous orchid. Not sure which species, but I'm thinking it could be a Tuberolabium sp., Staurochilus sp., or Trichoglottis sp., idk.
