I'd chime in but Paul Mc and The King really have advised you better than what you could read in any book. Phals don't "hibernate" or have a rest period in their growth cycle as do other orchids such as some Lycaste that want a winter rest of less water. They like to be slightly moist but not soaking wet. So let them dry just a little between waterings and feed them weekly with a balanced non-urea N fertilizer mixed at about 125 ppm N. Ray (First Rays) can help with this.
