Hi All! Just a question in regards to my Cym. Rosanna Shaw....a few of the leaves and one of the pseudobulbs is looking a bit paler than the others, almost turning a shade of yellow/green rather than the nice bright green its been. I'm in south jersey, with average temps in the 80's daily and 70's at night. It's outside full time with full sun in the morning and partial sun the rest of the day. Too much light? Thanks
As long as the leaves do not burn, there is no such thing as "too much sun" for a Cymbidium. They should be a yellow green if they are getting the right amount of sunlight. Your other leaves will gradually lighten up too during the summer.
Your light sounds ideal. Just watch to be sure there is no burn.
