I agree with everyone else..... But I'll add some thoughts of my own.

How many leave has the plant shed?

Leaf shed can be do to rotted roots, so check your roots.

It looks to me by the pics that the growth is long and skinny which tells me you could use more light.

I would put it outside from spring - fall.... as long as the temp are above freezing and no frost.

Maybe you want to repot it. I use CHC or coco and perlite with very good results. You can also use hydroponic medium like LECA(hydroton), hygromite or a mixture of the two. I do not like bark myself but others love it.
