I wish! It has four or five little growths. The four-inch basket pots are tiny and the roots didn't fit. Don't worry, with large lava rock and a net pot, it dries quickly. I'm glad to know I won't have to repot for a long time! I greatly dislike repotting because I always break some roots. Thanks for the good news!

As to pot size, mine is in a 4" pot, but it only has 3 mature growths on it (lost some due to a sun accident.) I'm surprised you have it in a 6" pot but maybe you have loads of small growths.
Good to know about the light, I was wondering why the newest leaf on mine was plain green! I'll bump up the light a bit.

Without knowing exactly which Psy. this is, here is some commentary I pulled off the Baker's Sheet's on Psy versteegiana...
The upper surface of each leaf is a dull
olive-green that may be mottled with an faint pale green if grown in low
light or a more conspicuous red-purple when grown in brighter light. The
underside of each leaf is red-purple mottled with green.

I forget it's not the most used term. S/H is semi-hydroponics. It's a manner of growing orchids in an inert potting media, in my case, clay pellets. There is a semi-hydro forum here explaining it in better detail, and firstrays.com gives a lot of good info as well.
Roots growing out of the bottom is completely normal. A repot is only really necessary when the plant is literally bursting from the pot, or may do so when the next new growth matures. It's best to do this when new roots are starting from the newest growth, but again, it's not required.
