Don't panic about it - it doesn't have to be a virus!The first thing to do is not to keep it near the other orchid and watch the spots. If they do not deteriorate and stay the same, it's not a big problem.
It could have been left in very damp conditions with not enough ventilation?
As already mentioned above to Flamecat pics help alot in getting you better advice from the wonderful
members on this board.
