Bletilla striata is decidious, but I know nothing about Pleione's. Hopefully someone else can give you an answer on the Pleione.

Here's my list of deciduous orchids. It feels like I'm missing quite a few.
Barkeria
Dendrobium aphyllum
Dendrobium eriiflorum
Dendrobium lituiflorum
Lycaste

Low temperature is of course depending on the species.
In my collection I have Barkeria species and Prosthechea tripunctata that are decidious. Most terrestial orchids in temperate climates are decidious.
