Does My Brassia Need a New Pot?

You tell me, folks. It's growing out the side of the pot and has roots circling the top of the pot, but I have no idea if this is fine or not.

Stats:

Bought a few months ago from great greenhouse, had one spike with 11 flowers, now has another spike with 7 buds. It has some black spots on the leaves that the greenhouse people told me were from too much humidity. They have not gotten worse and I don't mind them. I can see an old spike that has been cut off in one of the leaves, but I don't know how much of this is old or new growth.

I took these photos today after I watered it. Repot in a bigger pot?
