Default new to cyms

I successfuly re-potted both of my cyms boy are the pots alot lighter now. But as I was re-potting my second cym I noticed 2 of these and since this is my first yr with cyms I'm not sure what they are. Are they new pbulbs? Both of my cyms had lots of new growth tips, but only my smaller 1 had these. Thanks for the help
