Default not sure what this is?

all I am at a loss as to what this is I thought at first a spike , then a keiki now I have no idea. Could it be both? I am sure someone here with all the ex-perience knows what it is. I have only been at this for a little over a year and my other keiki never looked like this. Thanks all!

Sometimes the "bracts" on phal spikes get over-exuberant and form leaf-like structures. Occasionally they will advance to keiki stage, but not necessarily.

Yes, spike. To me that lowest "bracts" looks like it may be about to produce a side spike/branch. Not sure but in the second picture that's what it looks like.
