I raise hundreds of these and they will bloom almost every year. The bad news is that they need high light and will not flower indoors.
The can take almost full sun and I grow them like Vanda.
The are big eaters and feed them heavily. I prefer a tablespoon of slow release pellets every three months.
It is not Gram. scriptum as the leopard pattern is too large. It is scriptum x martae (martae is chocolate brown) that is being shipped from Hawaii. It is not a registered cross. Some come with this leopard pattern and some look like its other parent chocolate brown.
Another clue is the extra large pseudobulbs which even in your photo is much larger than normal. I have had pseudo bulbs up to 12 inches before the leaf starts.
They grow very fast. I usually re-pot mine in 12 inch wooden baskets and they will fill the basket in one summer. When over potting like this use lots of charcoal with the bark or better use fiber board pieces 1-2 inches. Over potting occasionally loses one flowering season but a 12 inch basket can produce 4-12 flower sprays.
They lose leaves fast in the cold. Here is a full tutorial on their care.
