That is a good point!

So you just stick the plant, pot and all, into the jar? It looks like there is some sphag in there...and maybe some rocks and/or charcoal in the bottom? It looks like a one-'chid terrarium! I love it! Makes me feel almost brave enough to try a leptotes!

You make it seem so easy to win ribbons. : I am looking forward to joining the local society once I move to the Phoenix area. I went to their show recently, and while there were some gorgeous orchids, there really wasn't as many as I'd like to see.
