fertilizing Bletilla

I have recently purchased 3 Bletilla orchids. They are supposed to be hardy terrestrials here in northeast Ohio but I still want grow them in containers. I was wondering what the best medium is for this orchid. I was thinking about using potting soil with fertilizer already in it. ANY advise on these orchids would be a great help.

Well draining potting soil with fertilizer is fine.

Orchid fertilizers are fine too, urea free or not doesn't matter for this species.
