I stopped off at Lowe's and picked up some Orchid Bark mix. I have replanted the three worst ones in some clear plastic pots with this mixture. I will wait and see what happens. Wish me luck! I really hope they pull through. Thank you all so much for your help and advice.
All good advice. I'd add just two things. Resist the urge to water these repotted plants for a week, Give them a chance to recover. It may take some time depending on the extent of the rot.
Also, after removing those mushy, black, rotted roots from your waterlogged orchids, it's a good idea to sprinkle the remaining roots with a powerful antifungal and antibacterial agent. Lots of growers use cinnamon. Do it before you repot.
