Lycaste aromatica has a wonderful cinnamon fragrance. If you like coconut, then Maxillaria tenuifolia is amazing. Beallara Peggy Ruth Carpenter has a very spicy scent, but don't know if I would descibe it as being cloves. For citrus I also say Haraella odorata, but the fragrance varies a lot. Some hardly smell, some have a really artificial lemon smell and others really smell like fresh squeezed lemon. Sedirea japonica does smell like it to, but not nearly as much, in my opinion. A good Haraella has a very strong fragrance.
If you are really interested in fragrant orchids, I recommend the book 'Fragrant Orchids' by Steven Frowine.
