Its in orchid (dendrobium kind of pot) pot and hanging.
The pot was hidden in the toots, from outside one cannot say it has a pot.

It looks like a Grammatophyllum to me...I had one several years ago and the root growth is very similar to your plant.

There is some info at Clanorchids culture
and Gardenology Grammatophyllum
after looking at some pictures I agree it dose look like a Grammatophyllum
